Centerville Condos Provide a Sense of Historic and the Modern
Founded all the way back in 1796, Centerville, Ohio, is one of the oldest communities in Ohio — indeed, it’s one of the few that goes all the way back to the 18th century, soon after the country was founded. Even though Centerville is replete with modern shops and amenities, it has made a concerted effort to maintain this historical heritage. Rather than being replaced with a bunch of fast food joints and mini-malls, the center of Centerville has been designated an architectural preservation district.
A few miles outside of Dayton, Ohio, Centerville is a varied community, with Centerville condos ranging from the affordable to quite lavish. This means there are stores and facilities to cater to every type of person and lifestyle. It is home to the 27-hole golf course at Yankee Trace, as well as the huge Washington Township Recreation Center.
